Herdwick & Goose Limited (Founded 2018) is the parent company for Animal Osteopathy International, The Phoenix Foundry Osteopathic Practice, and New Forest Animal Osteopathy. It is also a brand of its own: Herdwick & Goose, supporting vets, practice owners and practitioners of human and animal healthcare.

Our team, has over 50 years of collective experience in business, education and osteopathic care. Educating practitioners, treating patients, and developing thriving clinical businesses that hold themselves to the highest standard.

HERDWICK & GOOSE (PRACTICE DEVELOPMENT)

Dustie Houchin, Executive Director of Herdwick & Goose Limited is also the founder of Herdwick & Goose, the part of the business that focuses solely on human and animal practitioners, veterinary practices and clinical teams. Helping them to build confidence, expand their offering and deliver undeniable quality.

With decades of consultancy and clinical expertise, Dustie and her team collaborates closely with solo-practitioners and teams to achieve commercial success.

With almost 30 years of experience as an Allied Healthcare Professional, educator and operational leader, Dustie understands the challenges regulated professionals face. This allows her to facilitate change and growth in a way that works. Using a human-centred approach Dustie works with teams, founders, and CEOs to build five-star practices that deliver exemplary customer experiences.

ANIMAL OSTEOPATHY INTERNATIONAL (AOI)

Dustie and Eleanor have been at the heart of Animal Osteopathy since 2001. Suppporting ongoing regulation of the profession and providing one of the most rigorous programmes of Animal Osteopathy in the world. Today, Eleanor Andrews is the lead lecturer of all AOI’s clinical courses. She is also the Director of Education for Herdwick & Goose Limited.

Animal Osteopathy International focuses on delivering advanced continuing professional development programmes for vets and veterinary practitioners who wish to deepen their osteopathic understanding and refine their clinical skillset. Our CPD programmes combine online learning with face-to-face masterclasses, ensuring that theory and practice continue to evolve together. We also offer in-house training.

THE PHOENIX FOUNDRY – OUR OSTEOPATHIC PRACTICE

The Phoenix Foundry is our osteopathic practice in Efford Park, Lymington, Hampshire. The team is currently made up of two registered osteopaths, who treat adults and children of all ages. For more information go to: www.thephoenixfoundry.com

Classes: We also run small group classes to support patient treatments, such as Stretch & Reset. These classes offer an extension of care and builds on patient’s osteopathic sessions.

NEW FOREST ANIMAL OSTEOPATHY

Eleanor Andrews, Master of Animal Osteopathy, has treated animals for more than a decade. Today, she treats dogs, cats and horses in and around The New Forest. Go to the NFAO website for more information or to book an appointment.

PRACTITIONER WORKSHOPS AT OUR STUDIO

We understand what it means to be a regulated professional. Committed to exceptional customer care. That’s why we offer tailored workshops to existing practitioners to help them maintain their skillset. These include technique and clinical skills workshops, run at our studio in Lymington.
